Bharat Petroleum petrol pump — Cheating at petrol pump
Yesterday at 9.40 a.m. i was fill petrol in my bike at BHAGAVATI PETROL PUMP of 200 Rs. Then i go for my service about 10K.m. when i return to home my bike gone in reserve. si i am sure that petrol was not 200 Rs.i complained to delar but he was not beleave that.This delear is real cheaterBharat Petroleum Petrol — not giving petrol in bottle
SirI am bhanu pratap Singh rajput a customer of petrol due to repair my bike have empty tank so I go to Bharat petroleum petrol pump for petrol with bottle but the worker denied to give petrol in bottle so I face a lot problem for refill my bike

मैं 19 /3 /2013 को अतरोली शादी मे गया था, मैंने 19 /3 /2013 को अलीगढ से अतरोली जाते समय उमा फिलिंग स्टेशन किशनपुर रामघाट रोड से 210 रूपये का पेट्रोल डलवाया था जो की पंप मशीन के हिसाब से तीन लीटर से ऊपर होना था जबकि मे अलीगढ से ताला नगरी जो की लगभग 8 किलोमीटर होगी उसको पर करते ही मेरी बाइक मे रिजर्व लग गया जबकि मेरी बाइक मे पहले ही लगभग 600 मिली पेट्रोल था, फिर मैंने हरदुआगंज से 100 रूपये का और पडबाया और अतरोली गया, मैंने अगले दिन सुबह लौटते ही सबसे पहले पंप पर कंप्लेंट की लेकिन स्टाफ ने लौटा दिया की मालिक से बात करना, मैंने घर आकर पापा जी को बताया तो वो बोले की बेकार जा रहा हे कुछ नही होगा कंप्लेंट करने से, लेकिन मैं फिर भी कंप्लेंट करने गया तो उन्होंने ऐसा नही होता, चेक करवाएंगे रात को आना कहकर टरका दिया. लेकिन कोई भी सुनबाई नहीं हुई,
मेरी आपसे प्रार्थना है की आप इस मामले में कुछ करे जिससे की किसी और को ऐसी असुविधा न हो, रही बात मेरी तो मैं अब कभी भी भविष्य में इस पेट्रोल पंप से पेट्रोल नही भरवाऊंगा न अपने किसी जानने वाले को भर वाने दूंगा.

The same cheating happened to me . I visited the petrol pump located at jaybhavani nagar, Paud Road, Kothrud in Pune on 19th July 2012. I asket to fill the pertol of 200Rs to the attendant.
He filled petrol of 151 rs. and asked to shake my vehicle, saying that an air is trapped in the petrol tank. Thus he managed to move my attention from the machine which shows reading. Till then, the another attendant which was standing near machine punched reading as 200.
This is very serious.
Also many times I found the staff is rude and cheat lady customers by not setting 0 properly.
Please take a strict action against this.
I request all people who live in pune, please do not fill petrol from this pump.

I always fill petrol at Mitali Petrol Pump, on Sinhgad road, pune. The workers are cheaters. They distract you while filling petrol...like make your bike straight, give cash first like that. Today morning I asked a guy to fill 200rs petrol. He did some trick, but filled only 100 rs petrol. When I looked at my fuel tank indicator, it showed only half tank full. When I questioned him and argued, he filled 100rs petrol again. When I went to manager for complaint he started arguing with me and took his employee's side.
My question is that if that guy was honest; why he filled 100rs petrol again? The manager was so arrogant that he said the people who don't afford to buy petrol come to us and trouble us. Does any body know to whom we can raise a complaint?

The BP petrol pump station at Indirapuram ghaziabad are cheaters. They distract you while filling petrol. I caught them the other day doing this but when they realised they are caught, all of them ran behind and didnt come to confront me. Cant believe, a lady is involved in all of this and all the staff members are theives.

I visited BPCL filling station i.e. “KDMP BULK CARRIERS ADESAR, KUTCH GUJARAT” on 29.11.2020 at 1410 Hrs to re-filling my Car Reg. No. RJ 14 ZC 2193 while I was on way to Gandhidham, Kutch from Jaipur with my friend. I have returned from the filling pump with very bad experience, filling cheated, completely disappointed and with deep fear.
I asked to the person, who came to attend my CAR to Re-filled, for full Tank in Auto mode without holding the nozzle in hands during the filling process. He started filling without asking anything about Zero meter. The pump has got stopped after few seconds, at that time reading meter shows 12.69 ltrs and Rs1000. I asked him why you stop the filling when I ordered full tank in auto mode he replied “I have set the meter to Rs. 1000”but as per my view only 4 to 5 letters fuel was filled in my car. I asked him to call the manager but he called all the staff 7 to 8 persons available there they all are surrounded me mostly not wearing any face mask also not wearing uniform. One of them introduced himself as pump manager. The manager has taking the report from the attendant and others are shouting on me, I heard that the attendant has reply to manager as he committed this by mistake. One of them has checked the nozzle where the fuel is dispensing or otherwise. I asked to manager “I will not pay the Rs. 1000 as your boy has excepted his mistake I have not received fuel, before I complete my worlds one of them has rudely threatened me and said “I will see you how you not pay this amount”.
Being outsider I have assessed the situation as very dangerous to me as they all are ready to attack on me and my friend. I asked them to re-fill my car and they did it. They issued me total three bills for a single filling for (i) 12.69 Ltr. Rs. 1000/- (ii) 1.91 Ltr. Rs 150.55 and (iii) 32.99 Ltr Rs 2600.27 Total 47.59 ltr Rs 3750.82 which I have paid as I have no way. I have never gote any bill for re-filling of my car more than 43 lters since have purchased it. I have paid first time for 47.59 Lters. I have also contacted and reported the incidence to Mr. Animesh Khampariya, Area manager of BPCL on his cell phone which provided on demand by the Pump Manager. I am enclosing all three bills for your further necessary action or inquiry in this regards.
This is a VERY serious matter and BPCL must take strict action against the dealer as well as personnel’s who misbehaved with the loyal customers of BPCL. Please stop the cheating. I am quite sure a lot other people have faced this type of cheating at like filling stations of BPCL .

SURE PETROLEUM — CHEATING IN FILLING OF PETROL
THE SAID PETROL PUMP DIVERTED MY ATTENTION AND FILLED LESS PETROL. I AM CHEATED FOR AN AMOUNT OF RS 650/= APPROX. SINCE MY PETROL GUAGE WAS MUCH LESSER THAN USUAL.SINCE I WAS IN A HURRY COULD NOT RETURN TO THE PETROL PUMP.
