Complaint 1:
Bill for my Landline Number : 2389089 with Consumer Number: 5058715 is not being delivered for many months now. I am constantly facing the problem of BSNL disconnecting my telephone and then I come to know that I have not paid the bill. Kindly rectify this problem at the earliest.
Complaint 2:
I am not able to login to my online registration with http://www.ernakulamtelecom.gov.in/ for viewing and paying my telephone bills online. And the website provides no option for retreving my password. It will not allow to re-register the number for already registered users. So either send me a password for my following user ids. Or cancel my registration for the following phone numbers.
