[Resolved]  Bharath Gas - Hare Krishna Enterprises, Katriguppe, Bangalore — Bad Service and Late delivery

We (consumer) are facing lots of problems several times with Bharat Gas Agency – HARIKRISHNA GAS AGENCYNo.2, ITI Layout, kathriguppe Mn Rd, Banashankari 3rd Stage, Bangalore - 560085


They have 5 phone lines which is always busy so for booking we have to give our lives through telephone by dialling them.

They are not properly delivering cylinders to the customers. They are telling one cylinder per month and we should use one cylinder for 35 days after that we will get a cylinder.

I am asking the public in this case why we needed two cylinders. What is the use of it? We can use only one cylinder per months isn't it?

Please think and anyone try to solve the Bharath gas issue all over the city.

Yes i do agree it is very bad, we husband & wife both are working so we are facing lots of problem, there services is very bad & no response onphone also, from the booking data of cylinder they take 20 days to
delivery so Please solve this problem.

very very very bad service... last time they took 40days to giv cylinder...
M/S Harikrishna Enterprises Bharatgas Agency in katriguppe, Bangalore has employed gundas as delivery boys.. It was a embarrassing moment to deal with the delivery boy who delivery gas cylinder today.
1) As per the receipt the amount to be paid is Rs.323.81 which rounds up to Rs.324/- but delivery boy was arguing on his share of money for home delivery. he grabbed 25 Rs for that.!!
2) I requested him to keep the gas cylinder in kitchen and he resisted saying that its not their work to deliver till kitchen..
3) When i said on complaining he rudely said to go ahead and complaint whomever u want..
they are sending all expiry cylinders, so cylinder filling plant people from solur should take care of not sending any of the expiry cylinders to the distributors.we request you to send all cylinders that can be used well in time before expiry.

Even I too face lot of issue with this gas agency...the guy who comes to deliver the gas is like goonda and he demands money and blackmails us on not delivering the gas ...dont know whom to contact for all these issue and how to escalate these
I have personally dialed the phone 100 times in last 7 days, all the numbers available. No number works. But don't think complaint works in India. all who address complaints are also useless. We need some other way. Any suggestions???
Yes... the comments are true... the phone numbers they have given are useless and the force consumers to buy Gas stove/rice cooker/utensils/atta... etc to give gas connection. Horrible.
Consumers are forced to buy!!!
I have never face problem with this agency. In fact they are providing relatively good service. I agree that they should attend to phone calls however Booking is done through IVR.
Always there is scope for improvement But I find this agency is doing good work.
