[Resolved]  Bharti Telecom — STB 4th time problem

Dear friend,
its fed up &uncontrollable situation on getting frequent problem with Airtel STB installed with my TV. Al the time Airtel DTH Service engineer came to resolve the problem at my door and charge at least 350/- per visit x4 = 1400/- in last 3 yrs. This time again I am facing with PHOOK GAYAA problem. Engineer visited to replace STB box, i told to repair it now but they denied and said he had no authority to open the box here. I sent back him. Another call i received by another airtel person. this time he had came with already repaired stb & detachable charger. I asked him to give the same type of the box as my stb has inbuilt adapter. I sent him too back without any alteration.

My question to Airtel that why all the time only STB gets not working, why it has problem in a certain time gap? Why not other electrical/electronic device get damaged or stop working in my home, comparatively to at others home? Why only AIRTEL STB GETS DAMAGE/FAULTS?

Can we customer get guarantee from Airtel to not having any complains of stb problem? Why they have a maintenance business under the sheet of dth service? Why they have China made appliance? Can Mr Sunil Bharti Mittal & company reply to us?
