I have order for Bulk Sms services to RAO GROUPS the deal was finalized at RS. 5500 INR. After that the ID & password will submitted to me. The sevice will be activated and began to working properly. then after I use the API services and found some problem of delivery. I complain for the same. but the other team Namely (RAO GROUPS) respond me that there is no problem I complain via email, sms, and call. after two our three days the support person said we can't solve them you have to pay again. I have left this problem. But After to or three days we found that no any message is delivered to recipient. I mail for this task no answer, then sms and call for the same.no Reply. I have submmited the ticket to there support team but they close them.

All Issues has been resolved with Bhash SMS, there is no more issue All SMS are working fine and getting good Services...

I will not accept their complaints.I have used their Service since 2011 onwards.No issues till now occur.

When i started the business with TNGI i have only 4 resellers.Now I have above 300 Resellers all over india.These happend because of those guys only.

This is latest. Dated 13th April 2014

For the credit addition I don’t need to call any of them.Always i pinged with Mr.Mano.When I asked the within a 5 min my account will be recharged.Same for any issue.If I have raised any issues they will fixed within 10 min.

and it was told me that this is bulk sms valid for lifetime

now Website is not working no phone pick up.

I want my money back ..

worest support, theier support mobile no not working last 3 months...

Bhash SMS is a fraud company. The SMS are not delivered at all. Single SMS gets delivered but not the bulk SMS. Dont buy their services. Its a completely fraud company. Kartikeyan is one of the fraud people working there. He promised that all messages will be delivered within 2 hours but only 25 messages got delivered after 2 days. Their support says that SMS credit is refunded whereas 2000 credit refunded and 8000 charged for only 25 messages delivered. These people are worse than pigs. Dont fall for Bhash SMS.

Bhash SMS is a fraud company.
The positive reviews written are fake. Dont go by these positive reviews, their own team has written it. Cheap .

I have myself faced issues with Bhash SMS, thier price is good, but the Service is horible. No proper answers for the questions and then they are rude also. Its best to not buy from them if you are ready for a little more price but want quality

Got a mail on my email id for transactional sms, 1lac sms for just Rs.3000/- wow dirt cheap they were, hence i decided to go with it, one mr. manish called me and told that in 3000 he will further make a website for free, i was overwhelmed, butthe moment i transferred the amount to his a/c he stopped picking up the phone, no response from WA and sms, after which i decide to do the due diligence (which i should have done earlier) and found that they are top class scammers, but i am not the guy who will sit back, hence decided to lodge a police complaint against mr. manish and mr. nilesh, the moment office will open at 10 AM i will file a complaint with the SP cyber crime to teach these bigots a lesson, dont fall into their trap!!!

Another scammed by bhashsms, Purchased 50, 000 sms, they limited my account to send 2000 sms daily without even informing me, i had to send sms to 20000 customers, i initiated group sms to 20k only sms went to first 2000 people and havent delivered to remaining but credit reduced from account, then they never responded my calls, no refund. so these 2000 sms costed me 4600 rupees,
