Bhash SMS is a fraud service provider. They just take your money and vanish. No SMS are delivered. Their software creates all fake reports and shows delivery status for messages which have not been delivered. The owners are complete crooks and customer service numbers dont work. Their business development people stop taking your calls after sales is done. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE COMPLETE FRAUD.

I Ordered Voice Calls on Saturday 22nd October 2016 and after the payment Sales Fraud Executive Mr. Vineet From Bash SMS said if you want to add your Mobile Number as sender ID you have to pay double the rate. Other wise we will use some Idea Numbers randomly and send these voice sms. I immediately asked for refund and they havent sent me any login credentials. When I raised the support Ticket their reply was

I have procured 50, 000 Voice SMS.
Till this time, i am highly disappointed with the way i got the service. Reasons below,
1) Voice call goes with empty audio.
2) Multiple times the same voice sms goes to our customer
3) Cant able to upload voice file. Error while uploading. Today, whole day i was spending my precious time with Mr. Karthik to resolve it. Till now, no resolution. He is also waiting for a resolution like me (like a customer).
4) Poor customer communication.
5) No skilled technicians to solve the problem
6) API not accepting for than 10 numbers
7) Without giving resolution, you are marking the ticket as resolved. It shows your commitment towards service and your level at service.
Totally i wasted my money. Now business is at risk.

I have no idea about bhashSMS, but as SMS user i was looking for some genuine bulk SMs seller, with resonlable price and quality service. Initially i searched over google and figure out many bulk SMs seller in India and then made a list of 10 bulk SMs sellers and started taking demo and at the end i was happy with 3 bulk SMS sellers that you can try too.

I think customers complaining here about sms services or fraud, should think themselves too before complaining. I am selling Bulk SMS Services from past 3 years, and I always was dealt with in genuine services only. Genuine service price is costlier. When I say sms price to clients, they behave bad, cuts call, or says why do we buy from you, we'll buy from other company providing services in cheaper prices.

No issue is exists. Still, they looting money from the people. Once payment is done they ask to pay more or no response from them. Unless govt. take strict action on them no one can help us.
I have paid money for 100000 SMS and they gave 10000 SMS free as well. While choosing the plan they ask me to pay more(Compare to my friend's package) for the best priority service. Even I have paid as 7800 including taxes. Later nothing.
Every time I trigger the SMS I have to inform them to clear the queue or I have to raise a ticket. Now they stopped that well.
And now I have to pay an extra 8000 for better service else SMS won't be delivered.
They are not refunding the amount or provide the service.
Please take strict action on these people. I have seen many compaint on them while trying to report the issue.
