Pathetic Service
It was a Saturday afternoon in 16th of October, 2010. Had ventured en route some food, with my family into the Bhojohori Manna Restaurant at 18/1 A Hindustan Road, Sarat Bose Road, Ballygunge, Kolkata. The initial wait was around 30 mins (time starting after being seated at the restaurant, leave alone the one hour waiting time outside). But really surprised to hear that there was only one menu they had & that is Non-veg Thali & Veg Thali there was no other option in the Restaurant Menu , if someone was not interested to have the MENU ITEMS IN THE THALI. The food was served in THARMOCAL PLATE & when I asked for an extra Plate so that we can share between ourselves they simply informed “NO EXTRA PALTE WILL BE SERVED” being badly "pissed off" lastly it was really shocking that we were 6 people but after the lunch they served only that much numbers of finger bowl as much number of thali we ordered, and not bothered to serve 2 extra finger bowl rest people had to go to the Wash Room to wash hands(which was too much untidy and stinking), as I think that they were also running short of wash bowls including water. Well the whole concept of Service here is not understood ... you have a unhappy customer. Pacify him whichever way you can. So all you guys thinking about Bhojohori Manna....think again....
