Bhojohori Manna Restaurant — got no cooperation after losing my phone at the restaurant

I went to the resturant bhojohori manna (Oshiwara outlet) yesterday around 4pm & was there till 5pm. By mistake i had left my iphone xr (Imei no. - [protected]). After 30mins i realised & called the resturant and asked them to keep the phone with them till i reach the resturant but the resturant people denied the fact that there was any phone in at the resturant. I went there and asked them to show me the cctv footage but instead of showing me they misbehaved with me & told me there cctv was damaged for a month & there was no recording.
