Bhopal Passport Office — passport not get

Dear, sir i applied for passport in 18/8/2011 file no.being w 167337.but the online status is so regret that due to unavoidable circumstance the despatch of passport has been delayed and now dispatch in a week time.one month has gone but still this status is on the online status.still i am wating it from one month. please help me that i get the passport soon .it is urgent. thanks
