Passport Office Guwahati Customer Care

Respected Sir / Madam,

It's been more than 20 days, the status of my passport renewal on portal is showing as "Police report has been submitted by Mundhwa Police Station, Pune City and sent to Commissioner of Police, District Pune City for review."

Please let me know if any more details are needed

According to the dob in my passport its minor, but my actual years is 18 and i want to cancle my applied passport, or change my date of birth..

This is akula sai krishna and im using redmi k20 phone few days ago my phone blast then im approching xiaomi service center im giving my phone 2 weeks ago and few days back only i got one call sir phone is approved wait for 7 days then im saying ok.. But its take 13 days but no respons then im asking to the service center he says sir call custmer care and asking where is your phone status but thats side no respons and im giving second time complaint to this company but not responded so please take action then other wise im approching higher consumer court in vizag and im missed my online class and viva in project review so as soon as possibel solve my problem..

Amount was debited but it is not settled to my beneficiary side

Not receiving of passport since more than a month now, have already submitted all documents and police verification also reached the psk by 31/12/18 yet till date in tracking also its showing its under police verification review and will be dispatched once psk goes through it.

I am mayank. I am studying at shri mata vaishno devi university kakryal katra. I have applied for passport on 2nd november 2018. My police verification and cid verification has been done already. It was forwarded to sp office reasi. After that it was forwarded to cid headquarters jammu on 27th december 2018. It's dispatch number is 42139-40. It is not forwarded yet to rpo jammu. Please forward it because it's very urgent for me to get my passport. My file number is jm[protected].

I am finished all process me police verification sp verification with signature in 17 (Seventeen) november. Today is 20 december so i seen in my passport status is file is sp office why verification is finished then my file is not send to regional office guwahati it is so late process issue in my passport service. I am applying for passport in 30 september maybe 3 month complete.. It is so late process

Escalation to guwahati rpo

In regard to renewal of my passport a query has been raised by delhi rpo on 26th nov 2018 as urgent/priority matter whereas delhi rpo has not received any response from guwahati rpo since past three weeks.
Kindly consider the matter as urgent and respond as i need to renew passport on urgent priority.

Respected sir/mam i have submitted my passport documents in the month of july 2018 and done the local police verification also and it has been 25 days passed for the verification process but still i have not received the passport so request you to kindly take an action against it kindly find the below details for your reference
