Bigflix has a very mediocre service quality with the variety and number of movies along with a appallingly unempowered staff.
3 Main Complaints:
1. No one and nowhere was it mentioned that after the closure of account the security eposit money will be refunded only after 5 days.
2. Even after 5 days, I did not revieve my refund back. (Infact till today17th Oct, after 14 days I have not recieved any money till now.
3. The response and conduct of the personnel (those who man the shop and in back office) is extremely noncommittal and annoying.
Incase any senior officials from Bigflix happen to be reading this, my advise is that please save the ADAG brand. 400 Rs is nothing for me but the agony and incovenience caused is unnecessary and avoidable for both the sides.
