I have been facing a similar issue with Bimal Auto, Old Airport. I have booked a Ritz, Lxi almost a month back on 3rd November...they assured, any color will be available max in 12-15 days.. Believing them I booked the car with them...And then the did not bother at all about the timely delivery..I used to call them daily..but only one answer : "It's not dispatched, will get dispatched shortly, will check the next dispatch status and tell you, will send an email to Maruti", etc., etc.,
My anniversary date passed this way, before which I wished to get the delivery..I spoke to the manager..He also did not look promising..told to give 2 more days..I waited 5 more days, still no dispatch..Finally I approached them and told I would cancel the booking(will look for the car elsewhere)..
They bluntly told they would deduct some amount for cancelling the booking...this was the point which really brought me out of my wits..there is no sign of delivery of the car/or even dispatch..and they are shamelessly asking for the deduction..they should have actually apologized for not meeting customer expectation..anyway I put this point of mine and then they said they would take 4 days to refund the amount...Today is the 4th day, I have called them, they are saying it's still processing..really very very bad approach and service to the customer, once you are in their trap... I will wait for a day to two and then will complain about all this to the Regional Manager, Sales, Maruti... But one advice: please go with any Dealer except Bimal(there are plenty others : like Garuda, Kalyani, Rns, Sagar, Mandovi, Pratham etc., )..Bimal is the worst..

I took omini in BIMAL CHIKKABALLAPUR BRANCH almost 1 month till now they have not given no. Board even they will not pick the call dont go for BIMAL
