Bad service

We have our maruti Swift car KA 03 MT 4137 for general service last month. We didn't even use the car much and as a proof they can cross check the meter reading.
They charged me 28000/- and last night the car stopped and the oil was leaking.
How could a car without meeting with an accident or being damaged by pests be damaged.
This is not the first time am facing this issue with BIMAL. We have left the car back to the same showroom for service so there is transparency from both ends.
I would definitely take strict actions after we know the exact reason for such damage to my car which was functioning well before your showroom serviced and ruined it

Installation of telematic device

I got a TELEMARIC device installed for remote operations in my XL6. They did not tell me that the device they are installing is old model and will not have remote functions. I was told it will.start functions after driving 3-5 Km. When I called them they said only old model fits in the XL6 which do not have company fitted and that this version did not have remote functions. Neither them, nor the Nexa website talks of this difference. I paid 11900 for no reason. This amounts to cheating, by NOT telling customer about the difference and giving old technology.

One worst place to leave the car for service

Just serviced my car in Feb 2022, and since it rained in bangalore, water entered the car door, and mats got wet, when asked bimal ppl to service they are suggesting things that will cost customer a bomb, they want to replace the mat first they told approx bill of 20K now when they know i did not want to take it up they are telling 11.5K, car service only takes 5K but these bimal ppl doesnt care about customer service rather they want to mint money

RC with spelling mistake, given for correction and they lost it

Hi,
I bought the new ertiga 2020 and the car was delivered on 9th of March 2020. I have received the RC in the month of June and found that there is a spelling mistake in my name. I had discussed with the sales executive who was handling my purchase. After discussing with the concerned person, he informed me to send it to him so that he can get it corrected.
Since my 1st service was due, I had asked the sales executive if I had handover my RC to the person who is coming home to pick my car for servicing for which he agreed and I had submitted my RC to the person who came home for pickup/drop servicing on June 17. This person came from Bannergatta Road Service station Bangalore. The same has been communicated to the sales executive.
The lady who was handling this issue had requested me to send the correct spelling and I have sent a SMS to her. He told me it will take 90 days for the correction to happen and I will receive the corrected version of my RC. I had agreed for that as it is important for me to have the name corrected.
I had waited for more than 5 months and no action taken. I haven't received my RC. So I had contacted the lady for which she has given me her Manager number. I have discussed with this manager and explained all the details in the month of October. She then discussed with the Bannergatta Road service station manager and informed me that they are not sure if they have my RC or even they had collected it. This went through for moonths and now in December 2020 after calling hundreds of times, this Manager lady told me that they have lost the Rc and duplicate can be applied and then once we get that duplicate we can apply for name correction which again will take months, which is basically the consumer which is me left with NO RC for a year.
I NEED AN IMMEDIATE ACTION AND NEED MY RC WITH CORRECT NAME DISPLAYED ON IT.

Hello Everyone,
Please be aware that do not book car in Bimal Auto Agency in Whitefield Road, Bangalore or rather at any Bimal showrooms.
I have booked Ritz VXI 45 days back and the car is not yet delivered.At the time of booking they said they will deliver it in 15 days asked to pay full settlement.
I did settled full payment and still waiting for delivery. Still not sure when I will get it.
Now also...
