[Resolved]  binani zinc ltd — Compliant not Received my Share Certificates and Improper Behaviour by enquiry assitant of mumbai office

My self Subhash Chandra Sethi I am holding 230 share of Binani Zinc Ltd but my share certificate were missplaced last year in december details given below:-

I have contacted the the registerer Intimespectrum and have made all the necessary formalities for new share certificates in the month of april 2008 but i have not received my share certificates.

Than i contacted Intimespectrum mumbai Office on 21 July 2008 on landline No.[protected] there one Executive Ms. Sadhna have taken my request and given me request no. 130963 and said she will cal me back and update the status of my case.

But i didnt received any cal from there side than i again called her she said that they have dispatched the certificate and i will received by 14 th august 2008 but till now i have not received any certificate.

Finally Ms. Sadhna Enquiry assitant and Her Senior Ms. Tripti not behaving properly and saying we can do any thing in your case go and compliant where ever you want.


So. is this the Service is provided by intimespectrum Now i would request plz tel me how would i received my certificates and when.
