[Resolved] Bindal Agro Chem Limited — new share certificates not received

i have 200 shares of bindal agro chem limited having folio no- BI 159875. on wanting to get it dematerialised i found out that the company is now Oswal chemical & fertilizers ltd. However I have never ever been informedby the company also no altered share certificate has been issued to me. However I have sent a email to Skyline financila services limited who are the registrars of Oswal chemicals.
Kindly tell me how do i get the altered share certificates and what should i do ? The shares were pruchased way back in 1991 and since then the company has never communicated with its investors...

No steps taken by the company. Seems they are busy or unlisted at present. And I am just helpless and fed up.
