Shares in the new company name
I am a holder of 175 shares in physical form of Bindal agro chem limited. When I wanted to demat, I came to know that the comapny name has been changed. Kindly help me to demat the same

We have purchased secured Convertible Debentures (letter of allotment dated 31/12/1989) from Bindal Agro Chem Limited. Folio No is BI 29629. I am in possession of original allotment letter number 619259, 619260, 619261 and 619258.
I would like to redeem the same. I have mailed company also but no response was received.

Hi,
I am debenture holder with folio no.[protected] deb) and[protected] deb) for bindal agro chemicals ltd. Issued on 31st dec 1989. I have not received any shares on conversion of this and physical certificates are lying with me. I would like to know when it has been converted and why i have still not received shares.

Loss of share certificate
Dear sir, i held 100 shares of bindal agro chem limited. but i lost the document on transit. when i purchased the share that time my address was : dr. madan chand sarkar

I have 150 shares of Bindal Agro Chem Limited in physical form and want to convert in demat. it is found that this name is not listed in list of registered companies in SEBI. What should we do to recover our money? does SEBI have any power to help the people of India or SEBI is simply a supporting body to help such fraud companies.

We are having 600 shares of Bindal Agro Chem Ltd and so far we have not got any communication regarding the change of company's name as well as the new certiificates issued in lieu of the Original Share Certificates issued by Bindal Agro Chem Ltd. Now, we are being approached by some investors Service Center from Bangalore for parting with the shares in physical form at the half the market price as the shares are in physical form. ...

i have 200 shares of bindal agro chem limited having folio no- BI 159875. on wanting to get it dematerialised i found out that the company is now Oswal chemical & fertilizers ltd. However I have never ever been informedby the company also no altered share certificate has been issued to me. However I have sent a email to Skyline financila services limited who are the registrars of Oswal chemicals.

THE SAID DEBENTURES WERE THEN CONVERTED IN 1200 SHARES VIDE FOLIO NO BI905110, DISTINCTIVE NO'S FROM[protected] TO[protected], 62862271 TO 62862470 AND 38386060 TO 38386259. THE LAST DIVIDEND RECEIVED BY US WAS IN 1996-97. WE HAVE SENT MANY CORRESPONDENCE TO YOU BUT WE DID NOT RECEIVE ANY REPLY.

25 DEBENTURES DISTINCE NOS: 10906126 TO 10906150.
KINDLY help me in demating these now turned shares.

Not listed in the stock exchange and hence Dmat of the share is not possible.No responce fron the company for getting the shares Dmat
I have shares of the Bindal Agro Chem Limited.I wanted to get there shers dematerilised. However according to the bank the share is not listed and Dmat is not possible. There is no communication from the company in this matter. We ahve no Idea wherher the name of the comapny change?
