Subject – Not Replaced Batteries Under Guarantee

i was purchased two Bindal Batteries model no-BT.500 with guarantee period 30 month of purchasing date from KIRAN Batteries authorized dealer of BINDAL Batteries in MUZAFFARNAGAR on 15 feb2008. After three months from purchasing date these batteries not working properly so i have been complied to kiran batteries but he not given proper response for check the batteries. After that i have mailed to Bindal batteries co. After many complaints they replaced my batteries 31.08.2008 but these batteries also faulted so these not working properly and also one batteries leakage from top side. this why batteries was not charged and not worked. after this we complaint to kiran batteries muzaffarnagar but he can not interested to solve my problem and his behavior also very rude.
after that i v many complained until they not change my batteries
NOTE-
i v sent you all mails which i have mail to company many times date wise . and also sent company grantee card , on which Dealer Stamp with date .
so i want complained against Dealer and Company in
consumer forum . so plz help me .
