It has been 10 months since I & My Husband - Avanish Mishra had aaplied for a Life insurance policy of Birla SunLife ( term policy ) of Rs 1 crore each through Bajaj Capital IN Gurgaon
Both the policies were approved and issued. However there was a typo error in my Husband's Policy and hence not accepted the Policy document when handed over by the relationship manager. We filled all the forms required to get the corrections done in the policy in March 08 itself.
I have been following up with BirlaSun Life Sales manager - Vikram Aditya and also Bajaj Capital team since 30th June 2008 . ( I am forwarding you some of the emails ). There have been several follow ups on call and have not yet received the policy document. and there is only follow up from one side - i.e from my side .
Earlier i had very good response from both Birla Sun Life and Bajaj Capital till the policy was applied for. Once i paid the premium, i have not witnessed service and inspite of regular follow ups, i dont have the Policy Document for Avanish Mishra ( my husband )
request you to look into this matter.
