I have purchased a policy with you vide No.[protected] dt:- 19.02.2008.For which i have paid Rs.14983.00 as an advance EMI of 3 months.I have applied the policy in Monthly ECS mode, but after three months of issue of policy, instead of deducting the premium from my bank A/c, I received a latter demanding premium for a Quarter which I am unable to pay . I informed about the matter in your branch and to your advisor also .They assured me of solving the matter immediately. but, now i came to know that my policy have been lapsed ..I, have also repeatedly contacted your Customer Care, and they asked me to send a letter mentioning the whole case.
I am sending the same and request to cancel the policy and refund me money i have paid at earliest. I have been cheated and i now don't want to continue the policy.
But till date i didn't receive any solution.

(I would like to cancel this policy no.[protected] premium because of
wrong enrollment of policy. I need monthly premium of Rs/-5000.But
policy enrollment done at quarterly Rs/-15000 only because of your
agent. Which I can’t sustain.
So kindly cancel my policy and refund my money as soon as possible.
For this favors I highly obliged.)
But till date i should not get any solution or action.
