[Resolved] Birla Sun Life — abusive language by the agent | |
Hi, I would like to inform that these telemarketing calls should be banned, if they are then it should be done by the company not by third party as their language is weired. An incident occured on 4th Aug at 15:22 Hrs where a person from reffering from Birla Sun life called from # [protected] he was explaining me about a plan saral jeevan inspite of telling him that i am not inetersted in your plan if in future i need i will refer the website & do it there he started using abusive language . My question to Birla Sun Life if some body is not intereset with their plan do you all train your people to hang the phone with abusive language . If your calls are recorded you can listen to it. The same incident happened with me as well today. When I told that I am not interested in the product, the advisor told me to "shut my mouth up". This call was from the number[protected]
What kind of customer service it this? I am really shocked that the good image of the company is defamed by these foolish and ill-mannered advisors.
If the company can do something about it within the expected time frame, it will be highly appreciated otherwise at one point of time it will be too late to react.
