My self Akanand Nirmalkar, The Birla Sun Life Insurance Co. Limited. Policy No.[protected]. This policy I have surrended on date 10.12.2010, on your Korba (Chhattisgarh) Branch with my entire original policy document and surrender form to your customer executive Mr. Amit Upadhayay. But still I do not receive any refund amount till date. I also get information from your Korba branch that they have dispatch all concern document through Overknight Currier with POD NO[protected] on same date, and also they have information of receiving of document on dated 13.12.2010 to respective address. But still the process of surrender is in with heled due to some unknown reason. So I want to know the suitable reason, why My Policy surrender process is getting delayed with reason and liking to know how much time it will take for the same, So that I can take suitable action regarding it.
