[Resolved]  Birla Sun Life Insurance Co Ltd — Regarding Policy No.[protected]

Respected Sir/Madam,

I have received cheque bounce covering letter from Brila Sun Life Insurance. But i

haven't applied for any new policy. This policy was without my knowledge.

Somebody has misused my signature and my proof. So I request you to give me

the copy of application for my references.
