The Branch Manager of Birla Sunlife insurance at Diamond Harbour doing miss behave with the Renewal Clients. If their Agent have not presence now with in Birla, then why the client are suffering this reason. As per manager information its Birla Sunlife Insurance head office instruction.Lot of Client are suffering this type of problem with Birla Sunlife insurance in other branch its one of them. Birla sunlife insurance company — website logging in problem
The web site to see fund invest detail has been changed in to a complicated one so that customer do not see his funds investment and day to day value of fund.The so called customer id never given is asked for repeatedly.I am trying to open/register but failed to do so.
