[Resolved] Birla Sunlife Insurance — Surrender value is not getting credited to my Account. | |||
Dear sir, I have Surrendered my Birla Sunlife insurance policy numbered 984709 on 30th of march 2010. As per their commitment, it should be credited to my account in 10 working days. But it is not done till this date. When ever I make a call to customer care, they are saying that their year end batch is delayed and the money credit credit can not be done. they are not even giving a date for the actual credit also. I even had so many mail communications to the address "[protected]@birlasunlife.com" but there was no valid reply from their side. I have traveled to a new country and finding it tough to get my financial needs met. Could you please help me out to get this resolved.. Thanks, Nelson. Was this information helpful? | |||
