After lodging my above complaint, some of your dealing authorities contacted me and taken some details in this matter.
But after that I have not heard anything either from for your office or from Birla Sunlife Insurance and hence my problem have not yet solved.
The premium on the above Policies is due in June.
I request you to please solve my problem before the due date of premium and oblige me.
