BlackBerry 8520 — Poor service

customer care centre are not cooperating with customer
my handset was not working properly

after 7 days they replied as follows
Dear Customer,
Greetings!
Thank you for contacting Redington’ Black Berry Support Centre
Your Black Berry handset bearing IMEI no. [protected] given for service against the Work-order no CHD/BB/12/02053 was sent to Blackberry High Level
Repair Center for further repairs.
The handset did not meet warranty criteria. The handset is irreparable due Liquid at key pad (due to liquid board delaminating apologies for the inconvenience, the handset will not be considered in warranty.
As already mentioned in our receipt, you are requested to kindly collect the handset from the service centre by paying the inspection
charge of Rs.220
Please feel free to contact us for any further assistance

they want service charge as the phone is in warranty
amd also they are giving me in non working condition

BlackBerry 8520 — Poor finish Quality

I have purchased Blackberry 8520 in April, 2011. Seeing to the Blackberry brand and the cost of the handset, the finish quality is not up to the mark.
Also the Blackberry Logo (stickers) at the back cover has come off just in 2months time although I keep my BB covered.
It is very sorry to see that the company with such a good reputation has not even bothered to stick its logo on the handset properly.
Kindly get the logo attached in my handset as its looks very odd without it.
