Hi,
Have bought newly launched Blackberry 9360 on 7th march 2012,from day one the battery is getting heated up if i use phone for more than 10 min.
Battery getting drained in 8 hours only,phone is hangs up very fast.please let me know what to do.Its not month old and am facing problems.

Blackberry 9360 — poor service and huge delays
Blackberry service is very poor,I gave my handset which was under warranty ,to the service center on[protected]but still after 20 days on 9-5-2013 ,their is no reply or any satisfactory answer given by them,i have never seen such a poor service
