Dear Sir/ Madam,

Blackberry the name it self shows Status & a classy mobile.
But my experience is really bad.
I bought 9360 on 5th Oct 2011 @ 19600/- which is not a minute amount.
But the handset is a disaster.
It hangs a lot. His earphone got disrupted in initial 7 months, so they change it.
Then lock was a problem, i gave it to the Service Centre in Raipur & they took 15 days to...

Hi,

Have bought newly launched Blackberry 9360 on 7th march 2012,from day one the battery is getting heated up if i use phone for more than 10 min.
Battery getting drained in 8 hours only,phone is hangs up very fast.please let me know what to do.Its not month old and am facing problems.

I BOUGHT A NEW BB 9360 ON 12/NOV/11 AND THE BATTERY IS WORST IT HARDLY WORKS 4 HOURS.
KINDLY REPLACE MY CELL PHONE OR WRITTEN BY MONEY BACK,IM A FIRST TIME BLACKBERRY USER MY PHONE BATTERY IS WORST AND I SPEND 19000 FOR THIS PHONE,MY PHONE IS WITH BILL.KINDLY HELP ME.
