i am chetan poddar from guwahati. i had a problem with my blackberry 9780 mobile phone its flash light use get on automatically and drain the battrey, its lock key was not working properly and the track pad skin was shedding so i went to rendington office on[protected]. they accepted my phone and gave me reciept with work order no. - gwi/bb/12/00087 and a stand by phone and told me that my problem will be solved in 2 weeks. i called the randington office after 2 weeks to enquire about my phone and they said its still under observation. again after two days i called and was told that its repaired bt not dispatched yet. again i called after some days and now dey said its not yet repaired as they dont have parts of my phone and will replace my phone which will take 2-3 days. now when i called on[protected] the the lady on phone told me they have no idea when will be they able to give my phone as they dont have stock. out of frustation when i said have i made a mistake buying a blackberry she said yes its your mistake and started laughing. than i asked them where can i complain about it she gave me a website address and due to network problem i was not able to hear the address clearly so i asked again and she shouted on me saying cant you hear it am shouting the address so clearly and she cannot be clear than that. i want to know is this the way redington behaves with their customers and will i get my phone back or should i forget about it.
