[Resolved] Blackberry 9780 — software malfunction | |||
I have got mobile phone model No.:9780 :ETiA-830/2010/wrld . IMEI:[protected].PIN:2831FA97.BT MAC:AO 6C EC 62 56 AF.This mobile phone gets hang up when receiving a call from some other person wanting to contact me.I deputed a representative for service to your authorise service center. at raipur . The service center charged RS 550.00 for repair though this hand set is under warranty period.mobile phone is still not working propery&same problem has not been rectified.Service center has given a receipt on a letter head which is with me.Please advise . I lost my blacberry 9780 phone on 1st March,2011.IMEI no is:[protected]
This happened in Hadapsar area in pune naer Gandhi chowk.

It is indeed very disgusting, on the respond of blackberry. I think I have done one of the greatest mistake by purchasing the bloody set I am using.
Blackberry — about software
Dear Sir / Mam,I am using blackberry hand set since 9 months. In this last 9 months i went to blackberry service center 3 times for format my hand set. Specially my sms ( short message Service) get hang and then every time i have to format the software and get start. In this case i loose my data and not satisfied with this.
