I bought a blackberry bold 9900 from universal on 2/09/2011(bill no:UKL218629)......from the first week itself the complaint started arising,,,n wen incoming calls com the phone become hang......after suffering a lot i gave fr servicing to redington india limited....they said it was software complaint and they uploaded the software....again the problem continued and it became a headache fr me....i don receive any incoming calls and outgoing calls....n people started firing me....again i gave the phone to redington limited fr servicing....den they said it was the complaint of thee card...and took the phone away fr 2 weeks...then they gave phone back to me....from the next day the problem arised again......and i again gave the phone back to redington,india... (case id:bb0310521, work order no:coc/BB/11/01497)from that day i tried to contact redington through email dated 3rd february till the date they havent replied....i don want any more repaired phone and i want a new phone as it have 18 months warranty....the only problem i did was bought phone from a branded office n now iam suffering fr it.....i trusted the brand but now it is head ache for me.....i bought the phone fr Rs 29100/- the phone cost this much but i cant use this properly....]
