Hi,

I purchased a Blackberry 9900 (IMEI: [protected]) from Mumbai.

Same encountered problems immediately after purchase. It would hang and shut off at anytime. I sent it for repair through your service centre Dugar Sales, Prahalad Nagar, Ahmedabad. It was returned after a software upgrade, which did not help the issue.

I have a Blackberry Bold that is well within the warranty period. It used to get heated and shut down very often, I took it to one authorised service center in Jayanagar who did the diagnosis and said i need to take it to Cunningham road service center. After keeping my phone for a week the cunningham road center guys are telling me that i gave the phone to unathorised service center before so they will charge me the full amount...

I have a complain regarding network.I have purchased the phone on 29 th july 2012 and the problem started day after it.
Its just stp working after use of 4 -5 hrs, i mean i used to receive the call but the ringers gets in silent mode automatically but when i pick d call i am unable to hear anything from the other end.
and the same thing happened when i used to make a call on the other side , phone gets connected but wat i say...

I bought a blackberry bold 9900 from universal on 2/09/2011(bill no:UKL218629)......from the first week itself the complaint started arising,,,n wen incoming calls com the phone become hang......after suffering a lot i gave fr servicing to redington india limited....they said it was software complaint and they uploaded the software....again the problem continued and it became a headache fr me....i don receive any incoming calls and outgoing...
