I handed over my smartphone blackberry 9360 curve at service centre "Active Telecom" situated at Netaji Subhash Palace, Pitampura with a commitment of resolving the smartphone problem within 11 days which is in under warranty whereas more than 30 days had been passed & nothing had been done as yet.I called many times to them for my smartphone but the response from them was not satisfactory. All the time I called them they keep going to tell me your cell would be swap by the company & its in pending list from last 15 days & also tell me to call them again for handset after 5 days every time. Please help me I am too much frustrated of happening this to me from last 15 days.
