i have bought a blackberry curve 9360 and after 1 week i found that the body getting loose and then i gave my phone to blackberry service centre and they told me that its and after two again it started getting loose so that's a cheat so i need a new handset now or i want my money back.
i have trusted blackberry but the result is worst....

I handed over my smartphone blackberry 9360 curve at service centre "Active Telecom" situated at Netaji Subhash Palace, Pitampura with a commitment of resolving the smartphone problem within 11 days which is in under warranty whereas more than 30 days had been passed & nothing had been done as yet.I called many times to them for my smartphone but the response from them was not satisfactory. The blackberry phone which I purchased in month of February is giving me a lot of problems.
The entire scenario is that on I purchased the Cell phone on 16th February 2012 and the very next day my phone was dead and when I went to the service center they told me that it was a minor issue and they uploaded the software and provided me back. After few days the same scenario happened and I submitted the phone in the Service center....
