i have purchased blackberry torch 9680. on jan 2013, but it has a manufacturing defect, it hang very rapidly, and i used to go to service centre, they send my cell to banglore for one month. after 1 month when i recieived my cell .it was in same condition.

BlackBerry Phones — unresponsiveness
I had purchased a black berry phone - model bold...in may 2011,the battery was getting discharged very fact
i put a complaint at their FORT, MUMBAI centre on 14oct, 2011 the had promised me to give the replacement within 3-4 weeks but i had still not got the battery
THe cutomer service is very bad, they dont even pick up the phone to reply the status of the complaint. they speak very rudely and have no concern about customer service. its a pathetic after sales service..
