we have a blackberry phone midle 9220. We bought ut just a year back and within warranty phone has started giving serious issues. Within 15 days the ohone had to be sent to the service center.
Phone gets hung and the handset also has connectivity issue. The network drops down on its own. Fed up using blacjberry and this is the condition of the phone in the first year dont kniw the reponse of future. The company us reckuntant of not exchanging tge handset with a new one, every time transfer data is very difficult.
Blackberry is not meeting tge basic expections of tge customer firget about customer delight. The same issue was faced by me 1 month back. More than me the company uses the phone. I visit the mira road service center nd i am fed up with this phone. I have repeatedly requested for an exchange but i am not heared.
