blackberry storm 9530 — Mobile received does not turn on

Dear India times,
I had ordered one BlackBerry Storm 9530 mobile phone cod order #[protected], the same was delivered to me by the courier co, First Flight Courier Ltd. through consignment no. LB 1563488 on 20.01.2012. The payment was done to the courier company since the order type was cash on delivery.The set which was received does not turn on at all. Immediately a complaint was lodged after calling the no.[protected].Your representative received the complaint and gave me the complaint no.94645 dt. 20.01.2012. I was assured that somebody from your end will turn up and pick up the defective set and arrangements will be made to replace the same within 2 to 3 days. It has already been 4 days and nobody has turned up from your end. Now, I request you to kindly make early arrangements to replace the defective mobile set or I shall have to seek help from the Court.

blackberry mobile phone — Replacement Request

I bought the Blackberry Storm on 17-Dec-2009 from Global Access Retail Private limited, MTK Reddy Complex, Ring Road Junction, Marathalli, Bangalore 560037.
Now, I find that there is dust inside the screen, even if it is kept in the pouch given with the Handheld.
The Handheld hangs and runs very slow. Battery Back-up is very poor.

I wrote e-mail to them - but of no use!

sir, i have taken black berry 9530 ,in feb 2010 at hyderabad, in feb & march months ,i have visited service center hyderabad for service , again ,the cell phone is not working in the month of september ,and handedover at the service center , all stages ,the service engineers says that device will be replaced ,so you have to wait so more time. i have waited three weeks time, now they are saying that ,device will be repaired, waiting for the part, after repair ,they will send to the customer, my plea is ,it is defective cell phone, it is comes under warranty, replace the device.
it is fault of the company, it not fault of the customer, as long as it is comes under warranty ,the company has to replaced to the customer, onece it is defactive ,it will be defactive forever, so, the has to replace the device to the customer.

Dear All

i had booked my cell from napptol but they shown in add that blackberry strom 9530 with 3g.camera is 3.2 mp but when i recive my cell n after check it was 2 mp camera.i had call the customer care but there are some faltu persons are sitting n they are not able to answer our questions.
