This is chandan kumar my Gas connection number is P15719, agency name is Blue flame gas agency, Janakpuri C-2D Market , Dukan No.6,.
I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder before 12 days today but yet today there is I don't have received delivery from the distributor of Blue flame gas agency.
Kindly help me as soon as possible.

I would like to inform you that I had Booked Gas for the refilling of LPG Gas cylinder On Dated 2nd May, 2011 With Booking Reference No-8638764 but yet today I don't have received gas Cylinder delivery from the distributor of Blue flame gas agency & also they are not picking phone
Due to this problem I am very suffered some few days so I request to you please take immediate action
& Kindly help me as soon as possible.
