Blue flame indane gas agency in koperkharine they are providing very very very poor services to the customers.My custmore number is 16371.I was booking cylinder since last 4 months.they are telling on phone we are booking ur cylinder and u will recieve it in 4 days but they are not booking.Every time i call they are telling no booking available on ur customer number and there is no proper response from the staff.they don't give time to tell our problem.they never respond properly. Sir,
In this connection I am owing a new house No.XIX/446, Kolayakode, Pudussery, Palakkad - 678623. So this New Address should be registred in my record. Already my father mother is maintaining Gas connection No.8736 they are in seperate home farm house regarding the 8736 2 years before due to your nill door delivery we kept the cylinder in my father's friend hotel near By pass road cylinder was taken by Civil Suplly persons after a severe struggle I met collector D.S.O after enquiry they release us but our cylinder was missed. I informed this to your branch office they helped me. As I am a pastor doing all spiritual reaserch Doctroate doing international Human Rights it was solved, and so 12057 gas connection is used for my house + registerd firm + domestic use i used to conduct spiritual fellowship meetings and many vistors to me so to solve domestic needs I use gas connection in seperate house. So please problem should be solved ie., in future in peace we should maintain the gas connection. We will also take neccessary steps. Complaint regarding poor service from Pooja Gas, Thrikkakara, Ernakulam
Dear Sirs,
I complained about the gas leakage, but no one from Pooja Gas agency attended. Due to this gas was consumed off prematurely consecutively for two months. When the Cylinder was empty on 29 Oct, I requested for a full cylinder which I booked on 30 Sept. They were very arrogant in answering my request and refused to give me. I saw, they were disbursing gas cylinders to other individuals directly from their shop. It is very difficult to get the agency on phone. When I approach them personally they are very unfriendly and arrogant. I wish to change this agency to any other nearby.
I request you to kindly look into this grievances and appropriate action may please be taken in this regard
