WE ARE STAYING AT KRISHAN VIHAR BUILDING, IN TATA COMPOUND, S.V.ROAD, IRLA BRIDGE, ANDHERI (W), MUMBAI 400058.
THE WORK OF STORM WATER DRAIN IS BEING CARRIED OUT BY BMC, IN TATA COMPOUND AREA. THERE ARE MORE THAN 10 BUILDINGS, ONE SCHOOL BUILDING, AND MANY MORE SLUM DWELLERS. THE ACCESS ROAD TO THE TATA COMPOUND FROM S.V.ROAD IS TOTALLY BLOCKED DUE TO WORK BEING CARRIED OUT BY BMC.
ONLY, PATH WAY OR RICKSHAW CAN MOVE ON THAT REMAINING ROAD (PATHWAY.)
IT IS VERY DIFFICULT THAT WE ARE NOT ACCESSIBLE FROM THE S.V.ROAD TO TATA COMPOUND BY CAR.
OR ANY OTHER IMORTANT VEHICLES LIKE AMBULANCE CAR OR FIRE BRIGADE MACHINE, IN CASE OF ANY UNSEEN INCIDENTS HAPPENS.
WE HOPE THAT THE BLOCKAGE TO THE ENTRY OF ANY PREMISES IS VIOLATION OF THE FREE MOVEMENT RULE.
WE HOPE THAT YOU SHOULD TAKE CARE OF THIS SITUATION BY PROVIDING PROPER ACCESS TO THE TATA COMPOUND AREA FROM S.V.ROAD.

BMC — Cars blocked due to road construction
BMC is constructing and repairing a road near the Fisheries at panchmarga, off yari road, versova andheri west, Mumbai. The residents were asked to move their cars from the parking outside the building and were advised to park near a park. Yesterday without informing any of the guards the road was completely dug up till the park. Due to which our cars are stuck there till the road is constructed. None o[censored]s have taken our cars out. How much does it take for the supervisor to speak to 3guards to pass the word to their building residents to remove the cars specially when this has been done earlier when the supervisor needed the cars to be parked away from the road when work was starting?What if there is an emergency and the car is needed or if someone needed to drive out of the city on an urgent basis?
Appreciate it if whoever is responsible is spoken to and the matter is addressed
