[Resolved]  BMC Consultancy Services — Fraud and money taken to provide a job with Krishna Maruti Ltd but job not provided

Dear all,

Please note that Mr. BM Garg is a fraud and so is his company BM Consultancy Services . He has taken money from me for arranging an interview in Gurgaon with Krishna Maruti Ltd which he has failed to do even after a year. He does nto pick up his phone and has arranged threatening calls for me. Kindly be careful from him s he is a fuaud. he is not returning my money also.

Complaint by Mr. S.K.Sharma is absolutely false & baseless.We do not take any advance for providing jobs.Payment of Rs. 45, 000/-(Rs. Forty Five Thousand)only is totally denied.This is just a Tactic for extortion of money from us.Suitable action against Mr. S.K.Sharma is being examined.

last month, I responded on telephone to the advertisement given by Mr. BM Garg in nauki.com for a the position of Vice president in a Automobile company with handsome salary plus car. I called him on phone and he said the position is urgent and I must go to his office( So called office inside his house). He offered me three kind of serrvices i.e. express service for an interview within a week for a cost of Rs 105, 000, Semi express services Rs 50, 000 apprx, and general services of Rs 10, 000 around. I paid him Rs 10, 000 and so far he has not arranged any interview/ job and has stopped picking up his phone. The persons picking up his landline number never connects to him. I want to sue him legally. Any one wants to join me in sueing him, may contact me on me emil.

I called him on phone and he said the position is urgent and called me to his house. He offered me three kind of serrvices i.e. express service for an interview within a week for a cost of Rs 125, 000, Semi express services Rs 50, 000 apprx, and general services of Rs 12, 000 around. In addition to this he asked me to pay first months salary on selection and joining. I paid him Rs 12, 000 and so far he has not arranged any interview/ job and has stopped picking up his phone. The persons picking up his landline number never connects to him. I agree that he is a fraud.

Any of you can go, visit Mr. Garg's office.( which is next to his kitchen in his residence itself). He gives a paper of charges to every one with fee ranging as high as Rs 1.25 lacs for providing a job. Any how 4 o[censored]s are sueing him at present. All complaints against B.M. Garg / BM Consultancy Services are bogus & FALSE. CONTENTS ARE ABSOLUTELY DENIED. We have arranged jobs SINCE 1997 of many candidates ( without taking any fees from the candidate) with several REPUTED COMPANIES. Complaints have been put on internet with malafide intentions against us.

It won, t be out of place to mention that MOTHER expired over 20 years back in 1989 AND
WIFE is a PROFESSOR in a DELHI UNIVERSITY COLLEGE for about 30 years.

My work experience with Krishna Maruti Ltd has been at very senior & TOP MANAGEMENT positions for over TEN years including as PRESIDENT-SEATING DIVISION. I have long association with Mr. B.M.
