[Resolved] BMC — illegal construction on bmc service road | |||
I am resident of sainagar kandivali (west). In our area Mr . Nivrutti Pawar Has opeened his private office on bmc Service road .Which is absolutely Neglected by BMC officers. This office used for various illegal activities like driking alcohol, playing card etc. On same road with the help of Mr Nivrutti Pawar one more person Mr Mahendra pawar has opened his saloon. This illegal construction location is (Saingar Tulskar wadi , Mahatma Gandhi X road No 1, Kandivali (west), Mumbai -400067. Nr. Shradha Jwellers diomand co.) so kindly give attention towards it. I like to register the complaint against plot no.403 Room no.D/41 Satkar CHS Sec-4 Charkop Kandivali West. They have Started illegally reconstructed house without any permission. There is no approval from BMC. A lot of disturb is going on all RABIT is thrown in beside ground and working on road with steel which harm to people in there legs, all sand is putten in next to our door which can create a mosquitos and malaria dengue.when they put a slap all sand is trown on road which we face a lot of problem to move from there. Also being a concerned citizen i would like to bring to your notice for appropriate action as it could lead to fatal accident to people.
Due to this illegal construction i would like to high light the problems (Sand on road, Malaria for small babies, water pipeline)suffering by my house people & cracking of walls taking place.
So please i request you to kindly take action against this illegal contruction.

In our area there are 3, 4 person are involve in illegal construction on bmc service road
Which is absolutely Neglected by BMC officers. This illegal construction shop are used given in Rent.
On same road they are open Saloon, tyre puncture repair, vegetables shop, auto rickshaw mechanism shop, vada pav center, etc etc.
This illegal construction location is siddhanath mishra compound, suhasini pavaskar Road, Gartan Pada No1, Vaishali Nagar, Dahisar East, Mumbai. 40068
so kindly give attention towards it
