Dear Sir / Madam
We had purchased the property located at Mohili village sakinaka,Andheri Kurla link road, mumbai 400072 in the year 1964 from Mr. Jayram vaidya.
immediatly we had tranfer our name on Assesment Bill & were paid respectly time to time.
Late in the year 1980s on Assesment bill along with our name some other people's name were mentioned and till now continueing with same.
We had produced original Documents were it requires ( L WARD,Mulund City surve,Tahsildar office)we hadbeen in process almost 15 years till now we are not getting properly Respond.
Please helpus in this.

Sir I m vishnu from Ghatkopar west, I purched a room which is located in chawl sytem in Dec 2010.It is basicaly property of Maniklal trust. Now I want to sell the property, but the Emala Malak demanding more amount from me. My Question is Can I sell the prop. with out cosidaration of EMALA MALAK.
