I am Rajani i am working as a senior service engineer in telecom company i am basically bangalorian
yesterday(dt:16/08/2010) in evening time i catch the pushpak bus(rout no 350 from majestic to Audogodi that rout) from shantinagar 10th cross to lakasandra in this bus driver cum condutor he asked a ticket i told i am having pass like that then i shown my monthly pass again he asked my id card while in that crowded bus i am serching in my bag in that mean time my stop also came and he told you dont have id card i wont give pass like that he started arguing with me, atleast he can tell you did not get that id card we wont accept plz take ticket because my mistake i could have going to take the ticket instead of that by forcely taken from the pass and he didnot return back and he told i return back to bmtc office. i enquired with office to collect to show my id card but he didnot given there also
i hope we you take action regarding this.
and my small advice to Bmtc department please giving training to your conductor and drivers hoe behave,
and regarding conductors they give used ticket and they going take money from us.
and who cheating government against them take action instead of that i toke tha pass that price is 660 Rs, for that id card charge is 100 rs only, when i toke 660 rs pass i couldnot able to take id card ?
because of him again i am purchase daily pass i spending more money from my packet.

I'm a public of Mysore Road, Bangalore i have faced many problem from BMTC buses they are not giving a perfect stop in the bus stop and if the buses are empty also they wont give the stop in the bus stop.
In this you have raised the price of bus pass poor people cant pay this much amount please make sure that perfect price for the bus pass.
