[Resolved] Bmtc — rules which are not followed
Dear Sir, I am speaking on behalf of thousands and lakhs of women travelling in public transport buses everyday. Government has said that it would provide the basic amenities for women and that would include safe and comfortable travelling as well. Rules are not followed in the BMTC buses and for the elderly, most of the men violate rules of lending a seat to the elderly person in the bus. Men who are young and energetic would acquire seat and refuse in leaving their seat to the elders, which they are ought to follow. I would request the higher authorities to look into the matter as early as possible and provide justice to us. In anticipation of a positive reply from the concerned person. Thanking you, Indian Was this information helpful?

there are some more rules that conductors dont follow they carry people more than the number of seats in buses, this should be avoided, number of people in the bus should not exceed the number of seats in the bus, and when the bus stands at bus stop the two wheelers drive past the bus doors which disables the passengers who get down and wen its gone the bus starts moving soon. .
