Hi Sir,
Today morning 07:05 AM I departed in the BUS Route#289 Reg.#KA01F3312 from Yelahanka before third stop Dwarakanagar the driver was driving the bus too rashly. I was sitting on last third row seat from back of the bus and the was jumped soo badly that my head hitted with roof of the bus, I felt down on floor of the bus and got hurted on my hand and it was bleeding from my hand. When I told the driver "You are not suppose to drive like this(RASHLY)" then he replied me to go by AUTO instead of BUS and started abusing me in Kannada because I was speaking in English however I can understand Kannada. IS THIS THE WAY HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?I am a Software Engineer in Aditya Birla and I Usually I used to travel in BMTC BUS and honestly BMTC service is preety good as compare to other Metropolitan BUS services. BUT what today I have experienced that is also not at all acceptable. I hope necessary actions should be taken to set everything right.
