BMTC Volvo Bus — Conductor did not return Rs.1 balance

I travelled in a BMTC-Volvo bus (500C to ITPL), this morning, from Devarabisanahalli bus stop to KTPO bus stop, paid Rs.100 for Rs.25 ticket. The conductor returned only 74 rupees balance (and kept one rupee for himself), and insulted me at the bus door step for not giving change, by talking in the local language, which i am not comfortable to communicate.

I am fine, even if you people are not able to retrieve one rupee for me from the conductor, but please ensure that this does not happen to others.
