[Resolved]  Books — Consignment not delivered

Respected Sir/Madam

Please note that I had a consignment booked from Sivakasi by Nirmala Institute on 02/02/10.
The Consignment No. is[protected]. It has not been delivered to me till now.
I called up a person from on dot couriers in his mobile no.[protected] and he replied to me in a
rudlely manner. He told that the consignment had not reached him as yet. I inquired him that how
long it would take a consignment to reach chennai after it is booked from sivakasi. He replied to me
" You don't ask me about this. You just go and ask the person who booked the consignment".
I asked his name and he just disconnected the call. Is this the way your people treat the customers?
He doesn't even have the patience to answer me.

I'am sorry to tell that If this had been booked in professional couriers I would have received it within 24
hours. Now it is booked in your courier and it has become a headache to me.

Please look into this and initiate necessary action.
