I've purchased booked through eBay from USA. It has reached India on 13th July 222 at Indela, New Delhi.

Now, it's a retained by Customs from 19.07.2022.

May I know what should I do next?
When I'll receive my package?

Hi i am kapil singh complaint about ignou books was parcel but the post man is not give books his name is ravindra post man from new friends colony he is rudly talk to me and he is saying your book is return because your address is not proper already i have mobile number but he is saying very rude behaviour

Sir I am Buby jose, Institution of Engineers (Kolkata) they are send two books(Courier Overnite Express Limited No. [protected]) for me to the address of Buby jose A J, Parambuvilai, Keezhkulam P.O, Kanyakumari District, pin-629193,Tamilnadu, India. Cell.[protected], But the Overnite Express Limited company not delivered properly. The tirunelveli branch office send it back to delhi, they are not sent to nagercoil, so please send it again to me the above address.

I had ordered a books called Micro-economics from Flipkart. After a delay of 5 days, I got the delivery but to my surprise, the book sent to me was Macro-economics. I called up flipkart guys and told everything. I was informed that I shall get a call within 24 hours. I never received such call. After 2 days, I called them to know about my complaint, I was told that there is no complaint registered against my order id. They said it will take another 5-7 days to replace the book. That is simply non-sense on part of flipkart. If they have the book is stock, why can't they deliver it the next day. But the guy said, we don't have the book. We will procure it from the market and then send it to you. This process shall take 5-7 days. It is simply not understood.
Anyway, when I asked for the tracking number of my complaint, I was told that we don't have tracking number for complaints. You can just follow up with your order id. This is rediculous. I know they will not replace the wrong book.
PLS. DON'T CLAIM ON TV ADS THAT THERE IS NO WRONG PRODUCT DELIVERIES AND IF THERE IS ANY WE WILL REPLACE IT WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM.
I am soppy to say, I am not going to buy anything from flipkart. Its useless service.

i am very disappointed from you as this was my first shopping with you.
Now please deliver my order and take that wrong order back as soon as possible.

Due to some technical problems the Kankurgachi Business Post office(KOLKATA) deny to dispatch the Books which were sent by IGNOU(Kolkata Ware House)
(Mob No.[protected]) on 8th June 2010. They cannot sent because they have no order to sent the Book parcels from their higher authorities (Ph No.[protected]. They are requesting us to complain their East Calcutta Subdivision Incharge Ms Jayshree Bhattacharya.
Practically it is not our scope of work. They are telling that they have some internal problems with IGNOU. But IGNOU ware house incharge says that Post Office should not have any problems.
So at last we cannot get the study materials for 3rd Semester. (For July 2010 Re Registration) for Diploma In Civil Engineering.

Further there is no mention of Wrist Watch on the Label.

I have not yet opened the packing.

PLease advice as what to do now.When you will be sending Wrist Watch.

How to get the books replaced with original order.
