Dear Prospective buyers, Had booked a Jaypee flat through BOP,however,the company is worse than a local property dealer. The only benefit is,they will collect your papers,send you the brouchers at your doorstep,however it a question about your life time savings.As soon as the payment is cleared from your account,you will get to experience the real magic about this company....they will ride on your savings and fool you around.......... Think,if its worth investing in your dream house through a person who doesn't follow any policies and procedures. Better go directly to the marketing office of the company and deal with them directly. Paisaa aapkaa hain,sochnaa aapko hain.....Just beaware of BOP......or try once and experience yourself...how friendly they are in screwing up your hardearned moeny.....All the best and goodluck for your dealings with BOP.... Its true, I am really frustrated with the BOP. They are even picking call.

Hi All,
Now I am the fresh victim of BOP and am sure there will be many more.
It has been more than 4 months since I booked a flat in JP Garden Isles through BOP, the BOP guys cheated by giving false commitment that Club Membership is off and took 3.5Lacs booking amount from me on 24th Apr.2012, the cheque was cashed by JP on 4th May.2012 and since then I am chasing behind the BOP guys to get my PAL but till date did not get it. Initially they were making me fool saying PAL will be generated next week and so on.. but after 2 months when checked with JP guys they said that the form is still not accepted as club membership is not off.
Now BOP guys are just dragging the matter and not even cancelling the application, I filed for cancellation in month of June but till date they did not cancel. When I wrote on BOP face book page they responded and requested me to remove the post and assured that matter will be resolved but soon I removed the post from face book they again stopped picking my phone. I would like to mention the name of BOP member Mr. Shivank Deep, he is one who has made my life hell. Now seriously thinking to go to court. Any one please suggest how to take my money back from these big name fraudes.

hello...guys and buyers plz be aware from BOP its full form is ORGANISATION PROPMART . so everyone is frustrated from this Oganisation if you try to know the position of LUCKNOW you will get the real position of BOP .This company started in lucknow in NOV 2013 i and my many friends joined together this firm and the company has promised to give ON-SPOT incentive on every booking so now we have passed around 18 months but we dont the meaning of on-spot incentive so every one is leaving the ORGANISATION PROPMART so we are going to defame this type of oranisation and sujeest you at all beware from BOP company and another thing is all my friends decide to donate all incentive which is still pendind on BOP company to MR AMIT AND GAURAV MAVI AND specially to MR shailendra who is AGM of Lucknow
In lucknow BOP has totally lost the fame and when we go for another comany for an interview then interviewer always rejects the employee of BOP so we are not getting any jobs because BOP has also not released the commission of brokers, salary of employess, incentive of every employess approx an average 1, 50000 Rs., so every one is frustrated from BOP so be carefull
